Helping to keep you Healthy
IN OUR OFFICE:
We keep our front door locked during treatments to avoid walk-in traffic and too many people in the space at once. If you happen to be an early bird and find the door locked, we ask that you wait in your car or outside until the client before you has left and we welcome you in.
We advise you to use the bathroom before you arrive, but as you know we have a shared one onsite.
If you feel most comfortable wearing a mask to your session, please do
We are screening every patient for current symptoms
Please do not come in if you are sick or your family members are sick
We sanitize all door knobs, common contact surfaces, chairs, massage tables, phones, and card machines ongoing and after each patient. We will continue to change sheets and blankets in between each session.
DURING TREATMENT:
We invite you to breathe a few slow deep breaths and settle in
As weather permits, we keep the windows open to promote fresh air-flow
We wash our hands before and after each session, and throughout as necessary
If anything feels uncomfortable, you are always encouraged to let us know.
Masks, gloves, tissues, soap and water, and hand sanitizer are available to you in our office. If you need anything, we’ve got you covered.
AFTER YOUR SESSION:
Tap payment processing is available for most cards
We accept all forms of payment
Receipts will be emailed only
CONSIDERATIONS:
We have several immunocompromised, pregnant, youth and elderly patients that come to see us regularly for massage therapy care.
You must re-book your appointment if you have any flu-like symptoms.
We are looking forward to seeing you,
Yours in health and wellness,
Jenna and Jennifer - Creek Massage.
